Terrible, disrespectful from management and Corporate - Sales Associate/Photographer Showtime Pictures Employee Review

I thought this company would have been great since I'm a photographer. However your on your feet your entire shift with only a 30 minute lunch break, your lucky to get a bathroom break, the manager is rude and condescending. She never responds to questions via text/employee chat. The white male from corporate that comes, makes you feel as if you have to pressure or force people to take pictures, even when guests say no. He says that if people are bending, they must stand straight up, that if your leaning up against the wall or any sign of discomfort, you will be written up. This company has no regards to their employees, only sales and money. They pay is terrible for the amount of things you have to encounter/endure. I hate this company and I wish I never ever wasted my time working for them. No benefits at all. Not worth $14.50 and paid every 5th and 20th of every month.
