I won't say any cons. I miss this job

-Nice and helpful coworkers -Beautiful area -Nice position to gain experience in food sales -Rather flexible, option to WFH once a week

-Pay does not keep up with the inflated housing prices in area and I've had better health coverage -Though working with B2B customers has been great experience, the position is mostly data entry, processing orders, and manning the customer service call line. Limited opportunities for growth in sales, though there is talk about developing assistants - I have not seen any real initiative. -A lot of backorders that impact commission -Communication issues between departments
