Cons
The company is money hungry to the point where they add more and more to a managers plate but at the same time cut payroll and hours. Unrealistic shrink goals are set even after the stores struggle to control shrinkage because of decreased payroll and increased workloads. The company is also very top heavy. Regional mangers have too much power and rarely are in touch with what is actually happening in their stores. They seem to only care about how many shoppers signed up for perks, sales for the day, and how many shoppers bought shoes online. Overall this company has taken a turn from company that cares to one that only sees dollar signs. On top of this the pay for management is low compared to the work that they put in.
