Pros
Everyone I work with on a day to day basis make the job feel as if your hanging out with not only a fellow employee but more like a family member. When I started everyone was very welcoming to me and allowed for me to fit right in. If you needed assistance on something my colleagues would jump in to help and give me a better understanding of how it was done. Teamwork with Shock I.T. is fantastic and everyone likes to have some laughs while working which helps break any tension if there is any in the air. All in all, I would recommend working with Shock I.T. as you get to learn a lot of new things and grow with in a company.
Cons
Ok, now for the Cons...... I really cannot think of to many. Some days we are super busy and some days it can be really quiet on the phones and workload, which just means we are doing our job really well. I really don't have any Cons to say at this time.
