Pros
Magnet status, number 1 rehab hospital in nation, high tech, clean, competitive pay. Rewarding to see patients actually physically get stronger and more independent.
Cons
Understaffed ESP with PCT shortage (though this is a problem at every hospital atm), so PCTS get away with being lazy. Most nurses are new grads for the most part. Post acute care setting, so may lose some essential nursing assessment/IV insertion skills.
