I’ve been at ShipBob for less than six months, but I genuinely love working here. I honestly feel lucky. The unlimited PTO policy did take some adjustment coming from a more rigid corporate environment, but it’s become one of the clearest signals of the company’s culture. Leadership, starting at the CEO level, genuinely believes people should be treated as humans—not as replaceable cogs—and that trust is reflected in how teams are empowered to take time when they need it.
