Pros
Absolutely amazing company and great people. They had 5 disciplines while I was there; Medical Equipment Planning, Telecom, Security Systems, Digital Communication (they called it Audio/Visual), and Acoustics. If one industry was not doing good, they had 4 others to pull from; I felt extremely secure working there. You are surrounded by leaders and specialists in their industries and fields.
Cons
They seem to be conflicted at times between putting food on the table and investing in forward looking technologies. This could be in part to my observation that their internal Info Sys management team would constantly go for 1990's scripting methods to solve corporate wide issues and staying on dated infrastructure, instead of researching and building a case for how investing in more Info Sys can improve business with more modern solutions. All companies are careful to invest in overhead; but that can be solved by learning corporate level open source tools(open source Citrix tool sets as an example).
