I agree that they are many great individuals and teams at SheerID - the people are what makes SheerID a great place to work, so it was disappointing that you felt the culture was not up to your expectations. We work diligently to build a strong culture - and even more so during the pandemic, as everyone has had a challenging past year and a half.
We are a fast-growing business, so change is constant. We are proud to be agile when it comes to decision-making, communication, and hiring, and we continue to meet our goals. We will make mistakes along the way, and my goal is to correct those quickly and be transparent in the process.
