Great leadership, great environment, challenging but rewarding.

I have no complaints, they had a real structure from the top down that seemed to work really well.

Great social company to work for. Weekly events are planned for employees to bolster morale such as Wine Wednesdays, ice cream or dessert tastings and occasional contests like a chili cook off.

The work stations are piled one upon another and story producers and APs are in very close proximity to each other. This can be distracting. Some desks are even placed in high traffic hallways, which can make it difficult to get work done.
