Pros
The schedule was flexible, I had no trouble working around my college classes, can be hit or miss with coworkers but where I was I liked the majority of my coworkers, we all got along well even if we weren't "friends"
Cons
Inconsistent application of rules/policies, chronically understaffed, lots of half-broken equipment that never seemed to get fixed, anybody with a work ethic ended up doing the majority of the work since few others cared as much, little to no recognition of hard work
