      Pros

      The attorneys themselves were curious, knowledgeable and handled their enormous workloads with as much grace as possible given the shockingly poor management.

      Cons

      I have never worked somewhere so poorly managed. The two woman in charge of human resources and operations management are completely out of touch with what the different file processes require. A simple pulling of reports does not account for the poor training, the unbelievable turnover rate, and the forever changing management styles.

      Pros

      The benefits are good, and the hiring process is fairly easy. I just interviewed once and took a typing test.

      Cons

      Management expects the employees to get a great deal of work done for below average wages. There are too few employees working there to complete all of the work. Management is critical of suggestions made to control the work flow. Additionally management attempts to create a negative competitive environment by announcing to employees that they are cutting positions and they are welcome to compete in any way in order to be the one who remains.
