Terrible work environment - Anonymous employee Shah Associates Employee Review

-many doctors are verbally abusive to staff and its tolerated -CEO is sexist and racist while being active in daily operations -problems get swept under the rug or blamed on someone who had no power to make changes, no matter how hard they tried. -doctors and management will purposely hold people back to keep them from growing and moving up (for their selfish reasons)
