Aside from the tutorials, there's really no pros.
Cons
Translation rate is $2/min an proofread rate is $0.32/min. I've seen all kinds of exploitation in the translation industry, but this is beyond inhumane. They even subtract translators' payment to cover the so-called transaction fee. If you value your own skills, please don't support a company without any pang of ethics.
