Pros
The only good thing about the company was that it gave me a platform to interact with loads of students during training. I honed my skills as a trainer while working here, with 0% support from the company.
Cons
1. MD is a big gossip queen. He is only interested about gossiping about colleges, cribbing about clients, etc etc 2. Expenses are not at all reimbursed on time, which for a fresher was very troublesome. On a few occasions, salaries were also not paid on time. 3. Variable component of the salary was never paid. Had to literally work for peanuts. 4. Too much last minute travel. We were literally treated like slaves. Go from one city to another without any break or rest. 5. Forced to visit office everyday during off season in spite of no work. 6. Not at all a ethical company in the way it does business.
