Poor leadership throughout the Group, especially at SL which has changed multiple times in recent years.
Very political, time is spent protecting yourself rather than getting things done. At times can be a toxic environment to work in.
Behind the curve compared to the offering from other suppliers in the industry, no innovation, always about survival from month to month and short term decisions.
Valuable team members both in the field and office have left or are leaving
Senior 'Leadership' is self serving, all about maintaining their own position, rather than supporting or protecting their team members. Don't expect anyone to have your back or be genuinely invested in your growth and development
