Pros
-Long-term coworkers were friendly and helpful -Generally laid back atmosphere, the jobs are simple but just require effort -Boss showed he cared by checking up on us at location, occasionally helping out alongside us. He kept things light but also was fearsome when he needed to enforce standards
Cons
-Somehow I didn't get paid the full amount I was owed until I complained. I did the math and sent in the deficit, and they obliged, so I eventually got all I earned -Work culture involving swearing and crude jokes. It didn't bother me, but it could get on some people's nerves -Hard work, but that's to be expected.
