Pros
Like any construction company, we have our ups and downs. But the new management team has the company headed in new, exciting directions, there is a lot of energy in the buildings. Recent staff additions are all top notch, no more hiring the first person in off the street. Excellent place to start or end a career, as if you show you're a team player, you never end up on anyone's bad side. I'm a lifer, seen lots of bad times, but we've always got through them. The negative reivews posted are from people let go or just not a good fit for the team.
Cons
Business can be up and down as with all construction jobs, sometimes can be overwhelming work loads, but teammates are always willing to lend a hand. As frustrating as it can be, being pulled in 5 directions shows the company values your work / opinions!
