      Pay is decent, terminal managers are pretty cool, and no forced dispatch.

      Cons

      A.I. Cameras, Safety doing everything to keep Safety Bonuses away, Regional Managers think they're better than everyone, and the "President" is a "I hear you" guy who does nothing about what he heard.

      No problem for time off. No force dispatch. Nice dispatch. Good trucks and trailer. GOOD Vacation time. Etc

      Sometimes they don’t have enough work for all drivers.
