Just bad - Anonymous employee Service Minds Employee Review

Bought out by a private equity firm two years ago and all they care about is money and have not improved anything. There are openly sexist managers and there are just plain bad managers across the board who don't know how to lead. They are self aware of their failings but expect us to just deal with it. However, self awareness is meaningless without change.
