      Good bonus structure as it is a government agency.

      Cons

      Rude and Mean higher management level as they are the old birds and zero respect to the other employees. No clear communication from manager and gaslight that you are the problem. Overloaded work with lean team. Insurance compensation for medical is very little compared to private sectors. Do not recommend working here.

      - Highly political - Very baised - Indians are not treated properly and used as scapegoats - Most indian are subjected to a D in their appraisals - The take photos of indians doing wrong thing but not other races - Very sadistic towards indians - lack of guidance and teaching for the indian singaporean
