Pros
There are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and take on new challenges. My manager offers a lot of flexibility to manage my work in a way that suits me. Another positive is how accessible the leadership team is – regardless of your level, you have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders. Alongside this, despite being a distributed company, there are regular opportunities to meet colleagues in person through offsites, which helps build strong relationships across teams.
Cons
It can be a high pressure environment with ambitious expectations which doesn't work for everyone. The company also moves and changes quickly, which can sometimes be challenging, but it means there's always something new to work on and plenty of opportunities to make an impact.
