I started working with Sensient from 2017 looking after Quality Assurance of all products. My experience so far is very good and of the firm belief that if we are looking at similar drive, Great Future awaits us. Commitment of Management - No Compromises on Quality! This is one of the Core Value and everyone is committed to this. Business Solutions - Since we are Market Leaders, there is an Ocean of Knowledge, Technologies, Solutions and Talent at Sensient's disposal and hence even if there is an issue help is just round the corner. GIC and the Team Supports us every time. Beautiful Culture - For such a Huge Enterprise I was pleasantly surprised with how cooperative people are. Truly astonishing. People respect each other - we have so many people representing so many cultures, different schools of thought however everyone have come together, contributed towards building the world of Sensient. Beautiful! Learning & Development - I have to say this is definitely a work in progress. I have personally seen this being beefed up and the HR alongwith Business Leaders are working towards making this more robust.
