Sinking Ship - Anonymous employee Sencore Employee Review

Management seems to have no long term plan. The product lines have not kept pace with technology. Service dept used to be great but has suffered deeply from folks quitting or being laid off. Recent hires feel more like axe men than managers who inspire growth or trust. Morale is horrible.
