      I have been with SQ over 2 years now and It has truly been life changing. Ive been able to accomplish so much and drastically improve my life financially. Paid Training Sign on bonuses Base Pay + Commision Excellent benefits after 30 days Overtime during our busy seasons Career Growth Opportunities

      Cons

      It ultimately comes down to your effort and attitude. Not a con but a reality for many. It is a sales , production based position. Therefore many come in and just coast for a free ride hourly wage and don't succeed. You have to put in the work to see the results.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
