      Good benefits, flexible schedule, attentive management.

      Cons

      Preoccupied with bottom line (decided my state was not a "lucrative market" and removed themselves as therapy providers).

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
