      Pros

      No staff looking over your shoulder, but I think that is mainly because they don't really pay attention to what any of the therapists do.

      Cons

      Did not feel as if I were a person, only a license number. Did not feel as if the patients were treated as people either, only a means to a paycheck. Will not work for them again.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
