Does not provide promised hours, yet expects you to be on-call by your computer 40 plus hours, while you only work 10 hours weekly. Senior staff search Facebook for client info prior to a client coming to stay -- unethical. Poor training. Question the competence of staff hired to provide therapy, and to oversee therapy. Poor planning and execution of work. Staff remain who perform poorly if they are in the right clique. Poor quality equipment and technology for a facility that charges almost six figures for a six week stay. Religion/ethics clash.
