Dr. D is the best boss. He truly cares about his employees both in the work environment and out. The staff is more like family than co-workers and are always there to encourage you to be the best version of yourself. Management is always planning fun events, dress down days, and fun little treat to show the staff that they are truly appreciated and will always give you positive feed back and let you know when you are doing a good job. It is a fun environment to work in but it is fast pace and there is always more work to be done.
