- embraces all types of runners - have a variety of brands and shoe models - very nice atmosphere - have weekly running groups with customers, led by an employee - host a number of 5k/half marathons during the year - employees are trained well to determine the best possible shoe for a customer

- though there was a variety of shoe models, we didn't have some specific ones that customers asked for - didn't carry some shoes in bigger sizes/wider widths
