As a member of the marketing team at Secureseniorconnections, I can honestly say that this is an amazing place to work. From the moment I started, I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues and superiors who are very supportive in helping me balance work and life. The company's mission to improve seniors’ health and wellness through activities, events and human connection backed by science” is both noble and inspiring, and it's great to be a part of a team that is TRUELY making a positive impact on people's lives. The work culture at Secureseniorconnections is that of an early startup - we are working hard to drive our mission forward. Like most early stage startups, this means wearing many hats, and having a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. I personally love that, the ability to think up a strategy and feeling empowered to go ahead and execute it through is why I personally prefer working at early stage startups, but it can be tiring at times and definitely not for everyone. I feel valued and appreciated for my contributions to the team, and the company rewards hard work and dedication. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Secureseniorconnections. It's a great place to work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career in helping seniors.

Like I mentioned above, the early stage startups culture is not for everyone. A lot of changes in strategy will happen in order to move our mission forward.
