The ownership from the corporate office is severely lacking when it comes too caring about their employees. Been working for over a year and not once has anyone other that the direct district manager, checked on the facility operations (no visits, calls, or emails). The health insurance they offer is the same one most doctors in america have and with the pitiful salary we receive as employees cant afford any health insurance. They even go as far as offering a $50 extra incentive on employee paychecks to allow them to acquire their own insurance.
