Pros
As a younger agency just rounding out it's 3rd year, they are still very much in the growth stage which means a lot of opportunity to get in and help develop processes and guide the culture and trajectory as a company. Additionally the owners are very professional-development orientated and are willing to give folks newer to the industry the time and mentoring they need to grow into roles and responsibilities. The agency is also fully remote, giving employees the opportunity to work from anywhere in the country as well as offering unlimited vacation. In terms of work-life balance you can't get much better than that.
Cons
Many agencies are guilty of this, but I'd like to see them spend a bit more time on applying their marketing prowess on their own brand. More thought leadership, more content marketing, et cetera. Both for the health of the brand as well as to provide employees more opportunity to build personal brands of expertise around themselves as they learn and grow in the space.
