      Pros

      Work with some great people including managers and supervisors. Has a real great family feel to the workday. Growing company with new jobs being added frequently and promotion possibilities. Great time to be working here!

      Cons

      Pay is seems a little on the lower range compared to similar jobs and the benefits recently took a hit in the health care side like most companies. Prepare for some tough negotiating!

      Not a ton of upward mobility unless you get a degree in biology or related field.
