Pros
Amazing experience! You learn so much all of the time. Physicians are great to work with, you make great connections. The company itself it’s nice- they give you $20/month for a gym membership or wellness, however you choose to spend it.
Cons
The monthly meetings that are required and you can only miss one. There is never any new information. Very pointless and waste of time and money for the company. Sometimes you don’t feel appreciated for all of the work you put in, but the experience is amazing. Your managers are likely someone near your age, which can be difficult to deal with- you can tell there are favorites.
