      Pros

      Great experience. Puts you somewhat ahead of the pack if you are getting into medicine because you are familiar with the charting side of healthcare.

      Cons

      Pay could be better for the significance of the work done and odd hours. More time spent during training would be better, it's fairly quick and you need to be flexible to learn on the job.

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
