Pros

- Somewhat flexible with remote working
- Some really good recruiters pass through, giving you opportunity to learn (depending on your team)
- TARIQ - Without him and the changes he has implemented internally, I don't think the business would still be running! The guy should be highly praised!
Cons
- Only offering short term, 3 month contracts, 6 at max. How do you expect to attract and retain top talent, hence partly why there is a high turnover!
- Transparency - a lot of cloak and daggers behind the scenes. One thing's said, something else is happening in the background.
- Uncertainty; lose your client, lose your job culture.
