None really, unless you are a total Paul Thompson lemming. Company is full of cliques so if you are not in one of them, eventually you will want to leave. Do your career a favor and don't work here. Just don't. They will promise rainbows and unicorns. Go to a real company with a real leader, good people AND ETHICAL STANDARDS. Accounting sucks, substandard software and pirated MS Office products. People running roughshod on him and playing games to their advantage. After all he is screwing everyone else, why not screw him? Ethics down the drain at this company. Just work elsewhere, they are going to get bough out by people who know what they are doing so unless you get a golden parachute, hit the eject button with your helmet on and go work for a real MGA, not this wannabe POS.
