Working at Sciences Po affords you an unparalleled access to the best political minds of Europe; you have a superb team working on important research and ample opportunities for collaboration; learning from colleagues is key. Colleagues are very friendly and welcoming to new workers.

Cons

I found the chains of command to be unclear - I was never sure who to go to with problems, or how the institution worked as a whole.
