Pros

They have a management training program that overloads people with real-world experience. It's probably the best thing for my resume...ever. Management, sales, marketing, event-planning, forecasting, scheduling, recruitment- all in a very fast paced environment. If you're fresh out of school and only have internships on your resume this would literally be the best thing you can do.

Cons

They make it look really easy...but it's A LOT of hard work.

Pros

The training is great! They go over "Harvard Business" proven methods and statistics.

Cons

The commission pay is terrible. It is 18% of your total sales AFTER 20% has been deducted to go to Sam's Club or Costco. The hours are not static but fluctuate a lot. They can be anywhere from 20-55 hours per week. The CEO stated that if you do not make minimum wage through commission, you'd be paid around minimum wage regardless. However, on the paycheck, it is hard to see whether this was done or not because you are paid as follows: -Hourly Pay (0) -Commision % Week 1 (18% of total sales) -Commission % Week 2 (18% of total sales) The items you would sell (or they would call it marketing) are mainly unnecessary, luxurious items. Heat Therapy Packs, Car Wax, Hair Straighteners, Weight Loss Tea, etc.
