Pros
Flexible hours dependent upon customer needs, pay is based upon service contracts and not hourly wage. Company paid training, uniforms, equipment, and vehicle.
Cons
Long hours at times and it doesn't seem worth it for the hours although pay is not hourly and is based on service route.
