      Everyone is great. Management is helpful. I loved everyone I worked with even with all of their quirkiness. Good bunch of people to work with. Very helpful with new starters

      Salary, resources being taken away, production shortages.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
