I've worked at Savage for 3 years and have experienced great personal and professional growth. Great people who care about you. You'll get out of Savage whatever you put into it. If you work hard you'll be rewarded. If you try to do the minimum, you won't experience growth at Savage. I highly recommend Savage to anyone who is self-motivated and willing to work hard.
Cons
Savage has gone through several major re-orgs in a short time. This has created opportunity for some and led to the departure of others. Depends on how you handle change.
