Training period is very long and rigorous, they want you to learn and understand everything in 30 days. lots of assessments during the training. they dont understand that one learns with time and by experience. It is a school, learn as quick as you can, else they fire you.
he training process feels extremely fast-paced, and at times it seems like learners are expected to perform perfectly within a very short period of time. Every person learns differently, and confidence, communication, and practical understanding improve with time and real experience.
