      Pros

      Sashco is a wonderful place to work! The corporate culture is inviting and fun. It’s nice to sell products that work and that you can believe in.

      Cons

      I was unsure of opportunities for promotion. Lots and lots of travel that didn’t work for me.

      Pros

      Great operational values. Wonderful people. Great benefits and competitive compensation. Good alignment amongst teams.

      Cons

      I don't see many cons - but leadership can sometimes be disconnected from employees. Interview process doesn't always recognize the right talents.
