      You have options to to build many things and have free hand in managemnt

      Cons

      The overall work process are not managed correctly , communication barriers between managemnt level , projects are not appriciated , bouns is not a common practice. Indvidual relationships are very poor.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
