Pros
1.Casual organisation with 7-8 hrs a day job. 2.Not much work pressure 3.Work life balance (depends on which team you join as well)
Cons
1.Not much to learn 2.Usage of old methods and free software as they are miser 3.Very poor HR management 4.Not a high intellect oriented company.....they usually make-scrap.....make-scrap constantly 5.Not many public holidays given for different cultures(ganesh chaturthi, eid, holi are working days) To top it off that, only 21 leaves in a year and no sick leaves or any other provision 6.Most important- salary........not good pay masters.....as I mentioned in headline-Join only if you have no other option
