Pros
There's very few reasons I can give to recommend this company any longer. I used to love working here but after coming back from shut downs I cannot in good faith say anything positive about it's current state.
Cons
Expectations are non-existent so much of staff is held unaccountable for what they should and shouldn't be doing, yet US corporate have created strict punishments when their expectations are not met. They will string you on for job advancement for months and months with not a single care in the world and then insult you by saying you cannot be considered for a position unless things beyond your control are sufficient without you. You will also not be fairly compensated for identical work as a female with male counterparts. The only way you can actually expect job advancement of any kind is to have worked for the former company the entire US corporate team friend group is being hired from.
