Cons
There are some Cons as well like below: 1. Around 300-400 employees were laid off secretly in September 2020.They were forced to resign themselves in lieu of 2 months extra salary and in December, they are again planning for more firing. 2.Lots of politics and favoritism, as people who work are rarely get awarded, instead people with sweet tongue are more likely to be favored. 3.Inefficient management is not able to make any policy without arrogant Korean counterparts. Due to their inefficiency Samsung Noida is not giving work from home to anyone till now . 4. Less enthusiast to adopt new technology and inefficient to adapt to new challenges and environment as they were not able to setup work from home environment amid this pandemic, so not able to extend WFH during this pandemic. 5. You will feel pity for your managers as they are highly dumb and don't know anything about technology and also don't have any manners . In my team lady managers kept yelling every time during meetings for more than 2 years. She used to insult everyone she likes making distasteful comments comparing to the dumbest(sweet tongue) person in the team. 6.Your whole hard work may not represent you but one single issue would definitely be counted and hamper your appraisal in the end of the year.
