Pros
Great and optimized company-wide direction that has enable this company to be one of best ones in mobile and semiconductor industries. Also has had clear and aligned company-wide guidance that could minimize the conflicts among organizations within the company.
Cons
Some organization and culture seem to be still hierarchical. Upper management would need to train / coach / mentor juniors as much as possible (so overall team power could increase). Once principle comes, all says yes.
