      1. Nice office 2. Cab Services 3. Free food 4. Illusion of working in reputed MNC. 5. regular algorithmic tests, it will help you to switch in good company :)

      Cons

      1. Work is Substandard, it will hurt to grow technically. 2. 9 hour strict timing really frustrating. no work from home. 3. Checking is very strict here, even mistakenly having pendrive will get you warning letter. 4. Company politics as usual.
